You love to sing. When we force you to play by yourself for a while, you almost always end up singing to yourself. You sing in the tub, on the toilet, and anytime you're near a musical instrument (especially piano or guitar). I hope someday we can get you into music lessons! You just love it. One of the challenges I have for you is to learn--REALLY learn--the primary songs we've been learning all year by the Primary Program date in October. So for FHE last night, we worked on the first verse to "The Lord Gave Me a Temple" by singing it through line-by-line and drawing pictures of important things to help us the words. Here's what you came up with!

I LOVE the way kids draw, and your artistic talent is really just beginning to blossom lately. You use more colors and add more details in the last few months than you ever have before. That's exciting for me! I think we'll do something like this for ALL the songs, because it worked SOOOO well--by the end of the hour, you were singing the song louder than me, every word! :)
